One of the main factors that are opposed to the development of sports in Nigeria is the lack of management. The worried and patriotic Nigerians offer many solutions every day to get us out of the swamp. One of these solutions is this text titled "Modern Trends in Sports Management and Sports Management". , University of Lagos, Nigeria. a researcher and education consultant. I was invited by the author and the university to reread the book when it was presented to the public in Nigeria on December 4, 2008.
According to Awoyinfa, it is well-known that sport is a reference topic today that can not be ignored in various areas of the economy and life. The author adds that this text critically discusses current topics in the management and administration of sport, based on theories and principles of modern trends in administration and administration. like leadership, organization, planning, motivation, etc.
Here, Awoyinfa says that management is a concept that involves different things for different people at different times, leading to a multitude of definitions. He explains that management has been described in various ways as art, science, person or people, discipline and process.
